NIMS University

Nims Group was founded in 2001 by Prof. (Dr.) Balvir S. Tomar, an alumnus of Harvard University and King's College London.[citation needed] The National Institute of Medical Sciences was founded as a venture of the Nims Group in 2002.[citation needed] Nims Group began additional ventures, including Nims Medical College, Nims Dental College, Nims Nursing College, Nims College of Pharmacy, Nims Institute of Management, Nims Engineering College, Nims Institute of Law, Nims International School, national news channel News India, and Nims-Fluxlite LED Manufacturing Plant
